A contemporary two-story (G+1) executive guest house configured around a semi-enclosed central garden atrium, prioritizing indoor-outdoor continuity and cross-ventilation. The facade presents a dynamic interplay of floating off-white portal beams, dark charcoal accent panels, and horizontal timber louver screens. Rather than a single broad plane, the massing breaks into two distinct guest pavilions connected by a transparent, glass-enclosed bridge gallery on the upper level. The ground floor features recessed floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto an integrated timber-decked patio with a shallow water feature, while the upper level includes cantilevered corner suites with private glass-railed loggias. Periphery landscaping incorporates low stone planter beds, ambient LED strip lighting embedded in steps and soffits, and lush tropical flora.
