Curvilinear Tiered Mixed-Use Apartment Complex
A high-density seven-story (G+6) mixed-use residential and commercial complex characterized by continuous fluid, curvilinear white balcony parapets, deep-brown timber louvered side accents, and a vertical glazed curtain wall spine. The facade presents layered, sweeping white balcony bands with frameless glass railings and integrated warm soffit spot lighting. The vertical circulation bay is highlighted by vertical timber louvers and a continuous warm yellow vertical accent stripe. The top penthouse level features a prominent dark grey curved roof cap with a pergola sky deck and vertical white louver fins. At ground level, a charcoal portal frame encloses the commercial/lobby entrance, fronted by a modern slatted timber perimeter fence, stone boundary entrance portal, planted borders, and a paved forecourt approach.
