ITUZE Student Hostel Complex

About this plan

A contemporary multi-story (G+4) institutional student residence block organized in an open courtyard/quadrangle configuration. The architecture is defined by dramatic angled white portal fins, warm exposed red brick fascia bands under broad overhanging roof eaves, and textured beige tile exterior wall cladding. The facade incorporates vertical window rhythms, multi-tier glass balcony cutouts along central circulation spines, vertical louvered service ducts, and a striking glass-enclosed main entrance lobby framing the right wing. The ground level features wide pedestrian access steps, integrated brick planter beds, manicured low hedges, and a broad central courtyard apron.
