The Crest Bungalow

About this plan

A modern single-story residence designed with multi-hipped charcoal tiled roofing, crisp white rendered exterior walls, and a continuous natural stone veneer plinth base. The facade features projected white window frame surrounds, full-height black-framed windows with warm interior illumination, and modern exterior wall sconces. A key functional feature is the dual front entryway access, integrating both floating stairs and a seamless barrier-free access ramp leading to an inset shaded porch lounge. The property is set amidst manicured lawns, spherical shrubbery, ornamental grasses, and a stone-paved driveway forecourt backed by tropical palm trees.
